This is a very fast pressure off what looks like a normal expand, but can spiral out of control very fast if Protoss doesn't defend perfectly. You hit at 4:20 with 8 marines, a medivac and a tank and immediately start building a bunker outside the Protoss natural. You bring another tank and rally marines across the map looking for big damage, but still have an expansion and go up to 3-rax behind it for your transition into standard play.

Note on How I write Terran builds: I will always write what each tech structure (factory, starport) has to do directly underneath it rather than in chronological order. This way you learn to remember each structures place in the build and how the addons swap. The order of what it does will be indented, for example:

When you go in with reaper at 2:50 if you see robo AND twilight AND MSC - there’s a good chance Protoss’ gates will be delayed or they won’t have money to warp quickly when you hit.
Best on short rush distance maps
Side-spawns cactus or Paladino are the shortest rush distances in the current pool so they’re the best, though with good execution you can make this work consistently up to a very high level
