Description

This has been used by Maru and Innovation recently (Dec 2016 - Jan 2017). Get 3 CC's and double Infantry upgrades with just one Barracks and one Factory. This build transitions into an extremely powerful 4M midgame.

Look at GSLTV Loser Strikes Back Innovation v Soo and Leenock, and Innovation's GSL 2017 Season 1 Ro32 matches v Zerg for some more examples.

At this step all CC already have Orbital Command. May be upper there is a missed step to build CC, or may be this Orbital Command is excess.
