Based off the popular build used by Byun.
I made a few mistakes.
I didn't rally my first SCV to the ramp to wall off. The focus on this build is timing so ignore minor mistakes like that.
The 19th SCV could have been queued up, there was a second delay there, which delayed my Orbital another second.
I built a depot too early. The second CC finishing gives you enough supply to squeeze in your tech before you need to start building depots.

Early game actions:
Build an SCV and set the rally point to your ramp. [Hotkey CC]
Queue up your second SCV.
After first SCV builds, set rally point back to closest mineral field.
When SCV reaches ramp, build a depot (as soon as you hit 100 minerals is ideal). You may queue up a movement to where you want to place your barracks.
Queue up SCVs until the 16th is in the queue.
As soon as depot finishes, start a barracks. [Hotkey Barracks] You may queue up your SCV to go to your natural expansion (mining a mineral there first if you want).
Quickly go back to your mineral line and get ready to build a refinery as soon as you hit 75 minerals.
Continue building SCVs, queuing them up until the 19th is in queue.
Upon Refinery completion, put two additional workers on gas (for 3/3 mining)
Upon Barracks completion, start a Reaper as soon as you have 50 gas and start your Orbital as soon as the 19th SCV is done building. If you messed up and the SCV is below 25% completion just cancel it and morph Orbital right away and do better next time.
After Reaper and Orbital, go to your natural expansion and start a Command Center at 400 minerals. [Set Rally for it and add to CC hotkey]
Start your second barracks as soon as you have another 150 minerals. [Add it to Barracks Hotkey] You may queue your builder to return to mining minerals.
As soon as your Reaper finishes, start a Reactor. Use the reaper for scouting and harass if you have the APM/multitasking. If not, just keep it alive and scout.
With your next 100 minerals, build a second Depot to complete your wall off at the ramp.
With your next 75 minerals, start the second Refinery. (I'm honestly not sure about the optimal timing for this)
You should hit 150/100 resources around the same time, so be ready to start your Factory. [Hotkey Factory if you want]
When the second Refinery finishes, add two more SCVs to gas (to be 3/3 like the other).
When reactor finishes, build two Marines. Constantly produce Marines from this point on, but prioritize tech first.
When the second Barracks is finished, start a Tech Lab.
When expansion CC finishes, start morphing into an Orbital then continue SCV production out of both CCs.
When Tech Lab finishes, start Stim immediately. Finishing Stim triggers the timing attack, so this needs to be on time. Constantly build three Marines at a time when resources allow, without interfering with tech.
Upon Factory completion, start Starport above/below the Factory and a Reactor on the Factory right after. [Hotkey Starport]
After your tech has started, look to start dropping Depots when you can afford to.
When Starport and Reactor finish, swap the Factory out and begin two Medivacs.
Load up both Medivacs with Marines. Stim and Medivacs should finish about the same time. Boost across the map and harass or poke as safely as possible. Losing everything without dealing damage will put you behind.
Behind this, just continue to macro up. Add barracks up to five. Drop double E-Bays if you want. Take your 3rd and 4th gas when both minerals are saturated. Look to taking a third, even if in base. Produce out of Factory if needed.

Two remarks - get 2 supplies after reactor on factory, use it as reminder.
And build 2nd CC behind the wall, when 2nd OC upgrade will finish you'll just get 16 workers on minerals at main and loose nothing in gathering. I got scouted and punished for CC on lowground with early zerglings.
