As this build order becomes more common, and Zergs start adapting to it, I found a strong variation that catches some Zergs off-guard:

Faster Armory
Don't Swap Starport and Factory (Naked Starport, Reactor'd Factory)
Move out with 1 Medivac, 2 Hellions, and about ~14 marines at 4:50, with another set of Hellions on the way, and another Medivac as well to reinforce.
This variation timing should hit at 5:20 and be able to do a lot more damage than the 5:50 original timing.
