I do something like this
14-overloord
17-hatch
18-first gas (put three on)
18-spawnpool
When you get your pool done make three queens (two from main, one in nat)
@100 gas get meta boost and go to one drone on thatg gas.
@max sat on the two bases make two more gases and 3/3 them aswell as make a roach warren. You should also make another queen in the nat and tech lair in main.
When you roach warren completes you should have decent amount of resources to make a couple roaches for defence (U SHOULD'VE MADE 2 LINGS FOR SCT) and double evo with armour and missle +1
at this point you should also sat. your third and have another 3 gasses for max sat on all three bases.
And like I said you can easily get 200 supply cap with three bases sat, and just pump a shit ton of roach/ravangers out before 9 mins.
